To the Honourable Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of the Parliament of Western Australia assembled: We, the undersigned, say that we strongly object to the latest proposed amendment to Malvern Springs Plan No.6 – Lot 9295 Elmridge Parkway, Ellenbrook. Just like the rejected 2021 application, the new proposal will not deliver the promised Village Centre. The residents of Malvern Springs want this site retained for its originally intended community purpose, and not redeveloped with dense housing.

We will fight to protect the heart of Malvern Springs.

We urge relevant planning decision makers to support us and reject unsuitable development at this site.
